October 21, 2026 - Construction Notice and Traffic Interruptions

Paving work continues on the Southwest Growth & Development projects. This work requires extending some traffic interruptions along Memorial Trail:

Road closure:

  • Memorial Trail from 60 Street to 800 Metres West

    • September 14 to November 6

Lane closures:

  • Broadway Rise – 85 Metres North of Memorial Trial
    • October 28 to October 30
  • Memorial Trail from Broadway Rise to Lakeway Boulevard
    • October 28 to October 30


Construction hours are Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Access to residents and businesses will be maintained at all times. There will be open excavations along the roadways. Please maintain a safe distance from the construction site and equipment.
