Design and Engineering for phase 4 includes:

• Multipurpose field, 4 Pickleball courts, 2 natural grass soccer fields, irrigation, soft landscaping, Road B, Road C, Parking Lot 3, Operations yard, road and parking lot streetlighting 
• Phase 4 construction to start spring 2026. Construction of 2 natural grass soccer fields is contingent on approval and receipt of grant funding. Grant funding notice is expected prior to the end of 2026 and timelines for construction will be established once approval is received.
