Phase 4 Construction Update – October 2, 2026

Pickleball Courts

Completion of the Pickleball courts has been delayed until spring 2027. This is due to rain throughout the construction season and an early change in low temperatures which does not allow the surfacing to cure properly. The pickleball courts were originally scheduled to be completed by December 2026. Spring 2027 work will include:

  • Surface coating
  • Interior divider fences and gates
  • Windscreen installation

Multisport Field

Field base, drainage, and perimeter concrete are complete. Crews are working on the levelling layer prior to final inspections before the shock pad and turf installation begins. Shock pad and turf installation are expected to begin and complete in October 2026.

Roads and Parking Lot

All concrete curbing and base asphalt are scheduled to be completed in fall 2026. A final lift of asphalt and road markings will be completed in spring 2027.

Once the facilities are complete, when can I use them?

The multisport field and pickleball courts open in spring 2027. User information will be available before opening.
