Starting the week of April 22, 2024, construction resumes on the 50 Avenue redevelopment project. No road closures are needed for this work. Short-term sidewalk closures may occur.

Construction is now complete on the redevelopment of 50 Avenue, from Lakeshore Drive to Centennial Street.

2028: We estimate that the next phase of 50 Avenue redevelopment, from Centennial Street to 60 Street, will begin around 2028.
